Our Pastor

Paul and Nan came to know Jesus Christ as their personal savior at different times and places. Paul at age 11 and Nan as a teenager. Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, Paul, and Nan were brought together by the sovereignty of God, meeting in High School.    

Paul was awarded an athletic scholarship and came west to Laramie, Wyoming, to play football for the University of Wyoming. Nan followed, after their marriage in 1974.

 Paul and Nan were blessed with three sons who eventually married and gave them 10 grandchildren. The Ostrander’s enjoy the outdoors, hunting, fishing, travel, gardening, family, and their church family.

They love the Lord Jesus and desire others to know Him too. Nan loves to work with children as well as adults. Paul sees the priority of his calling is to preach the Word to all, to build up the Body of Christ, and to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ, so others will know Christ. Together their desire is for Shepherd Bible Church to be a beacon of hope and light in the community. To be a place where people experience the Love of Jesus, encountering the Truth of Jesus, and enjoy fellowship in the Body of Christ.
